Johann Walraven

Johann is the course director for the Open Access Program, ensuring that the connection between students, tutors and work are the best possible match for meeting the outcomes of the training modules. In Johann ‘s own words:

“Actors Centre is one of Australia’s premier arts training institutions and it relishes its role in fostering new artists. Offering a diverse and comprehensive range of courses, the Open Access community is a hotbed of development and creativity.

“Students from a wide range of experiences and cultures are tutored by seasoned and established actors and teachers, collaborating to establish a challenging yet immensely enjoyable forum for both art and artist to flourish. It is a rewarding and gratifying opportunity to be involved in and one that I find constantly surprising and inspiring. The growth and improvement in skill, confidence and sense of play in our students is always something to behold."
