Module 6: Performing Auditions

Advanced Module - Duration: 12 weeks

What do professional casting directors and staff from the full-time acting courses look for in the audition process? In Performing in Auditions students work on contemporary and classic monologues to learn techniques to aid effective choices in their auditions, including: approach, attitude, preparation, process and onstage performance. This module concludes with an in-house studio showing and a simulated formal audition in front of a select panel of industry professionals. Each student receives direct and personal feedback to aid their understanding of how to take auditioning to the next level.
