CAMERA 101
Through this course the mystery behind acting for the camera will be revealed. You will be taken through the basic techniques in overcoming nerves and getting comfortable in front of the camera whilst you gain confidence and clarity. Become familiar with the potential of this fascinating and powerful medium and see how it can be used and embraced to communicate in a way like no other.

Always wanted to let loose and sing? The hills come alive in this totally supportive and fun environment where you’ll discover how to use your voice with freedom and sing like no-one’s listening. Learn how to interpret a song and connect to your authentic self – this is what makes a song uniquely your own. This course really allows you to be comfortable with singing in front of people, whilst releasing your voice and your energy so the emotion and ideas of the song flow naturally and easily. Lisa Schouw is simply superb at setting the right atmosphere for this class and for each and every student to flourish and set sail...

ACTING 101
Always wanted to give acting a try? Look no further. Acting 101 will introduce you to the fundamental tools of the acting experience in a fun, supportive, dynamic and empowering atmosphere. Open your communication, release any tensions, connect to your instincts and discover that what happens naturally in life can happen equally as naturally on the stage. This introduction to the foundation of the acting process will free you, have you easily relating and connecting with others on stage, as well as bring you the joy which the ‘leap’ from sitting in the stadium to getting down and playing on the court can bring.
