Peter qualified as a teacher from the Institute of Education, London and also studied a master's degree at Central School of Speech and Drama.
Before coming to Australia he trained actors and taught drama extensively throughout the U.K., Malaysia and now Sydney, where he taught regularly both on the NIDA Open Program and at Newtown High School for Performing Arts. Peter has accepted the position at ACA as the Power of Performance Course Coordinator and teaches “Performing the Play” for the Power of Performance.
Peter trained at Bretton Hall College in the UK. He has toured throughout the U.K. as a performer with physical theatre company fecund theatre and was artistic director of London-based GayBod Theatre for five years. He directed Mark Ravenhill's Citizenship at the Greenwich Theatre and the acclaimed musical Pack Up Your Troubles (**** The Guardian) at the Royal National Theatre, London. He is a member of the Young Vic Genesis Directors' Project.
