CAMERA 101 looks at the essential difference between the skills required for a compelling screen performance compared to and separate from a stage performance. The participants will develop confidence in front of a camera by exploring the film actors’ process and the very specific requirements and skills required for a dynamic screen performance. These apply equally to film and television drama. Participants will watch back and witness both their own plus their classmates’ performances. They will leave with not just concepts but definite tools and documented experiences to take with them to the next level of screen performance.
